How does your site work?

We will offer new products each Wednesday at 7 a.m. MT. Each Weekly Gem will be available at an amazing deal price for one week only. After the first week the product will be available at the regular retail price. Our shoppe will offer weekly deals for women, kids, and the home.

Can I make a change to my order?

We are not able to make changes to your order once it is placed, so please order carefully. However, if you need to return your order after you have received it, refer to our return policy below.

What is your return policy?

We understand that sometimes purchases just don’t work out. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will do all we can to make it right. Please note we do not accept returns for swimsuits, undergarments, or personalized items.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Most orders will ship out within 5 business days. If an order will take longer to ship, it will be stated in the product details.

Can I track my order?

Yes.  Once an item has shipped you will be notified by email with tracking information.

What are your shipping costs?

Each item will vary. We want to keep your shipping costs down and will only charge you what it costs to ship the product, not a flat rate fee. Shipping costs for each item will be listed in the product details.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you live in the Brigham City area and don't want to pay for shipping, use discount code "pickup" at checkout to skip out on shipping costs and pick up your order in person. When your order is ready, we'll send you an email with all the pick up details.
